Chris-Craft News - Chris-Craft has unveiled its brand new center console fishing boat line aptly named the Catalina. The first boat to make its grand entrance into the Catalina family is the new Catalina 23. The Catalina 23 is a "high style" fish boat designed not only for serious fishermen but also as a water sports boat for the family. It bears all of the beautiful and traditional design features of Chris-Craft's other models. This Catalina has an overall length of 23 feet 6 inches and a beam of 8 feet 6 inches and can comfortably accommodate eight people. Boasting two of Chris-Craft's most recognizable features, the deep-V hull and flared bow, passengers can be assured of a smooth, dry ride while aboard. Other features of note found on the Catalina 23 are custom fiberglass rod boxes, fish boxes, a self-bailing cockpit and a 2-person bench in front of the center console that flips up to reveal a convenient head area. There is plenty of seating throughout including U-shaped forward seating and a custom folding seat at the transom.


The second release in Chris-Craft's new Catalina line is the Catalina 29. This larger center console fishing boat has an overall length of 29 feet 5 inches and a beam of 10 feet 2 inches. It has all kinds of great features and will surely turn heads wherever it goes.
The Catalina 29 is expected to make its debut alongside the Catalina 23 at the Miami International Boat show in February. Check back often throughout the next couple of months for more information on this model and the third release in our Catalina line, the Catalina 26.
